High-speed Counter Modules are designed to connect with a sensor,such as incremental encoder,to receive and count a high-speed signal of up to 100 kpps.

They exchange data through I/O relays and registers with the CPU module of the FA-M3 controller.As noted here, the counter modules are available om two modules,as shown below,depending on the number of counting channels and the applicable controller.
