Description:
The IS200DSPXH1D module is a digital signal processor controller. The digital signal processor control board controls processing, logic, and interface functions. The 1S200DSPXH1D controller is used with the Mark Vl and EX2100 series manufactured by General Electric.
The module has on board firmware which is found in the flash memory of the IS200DSPXH1D controller, there are three main types of firmware within the firmware, application code, configuration parameters and bootloader Each firmware type has a unique function.
The application code will define the specific control functions of the exciter and/or drive product, when this code is used it is sent through the tool port on the exciter. Configuration parameters are loaded into the controller using the toolbox application. Exciter parameters are loaded through the unit data highway application and drive parameters are loaded through an Ethernet connection, serial port or ISBus connection.
