The IS220PVIBH1A is a Vibration Monitor (PVIB) pack developed by GE under the Mark VIe control system. The Vibration Monitor (PVIB) pack connects one or two I/O Ethernet networks to the TVBA vibration terminal board electrically. The pack includes a processor board, an acquisition board, and a daughterboard, which are all common to all Mark VIe distributed I/O packs. The processor board is connected to an acquisition board that is appropriate to the purpose of the I/O pack or module. The soft-start circuit ramps up the voltage available on the processor board when input power is applied. The processor reset is removed, and the local power supplies are sequenced on. The CPU runs self-test procedures before loading application code from flash memory that is particular to the I/O pack or module type.
The IS220PVIBH1A is a GE Mark VIe I/O assembly that can be used in conjunction with a variety of GE terminal strips. This is one of several I/O module combinations we offer. Many of these units have been placed in legacy status by the OEM and may no longer be available from the manufacturer. We do our best to keep these products in stock to better serve our customers. The IS220PVIBH1A is approved for use in hazardous locations. The PDIA I/O can be paired with several different terminal strips including the IS400TBCIH2A, IS400STCI1A or 2A, or IS400STCIH8A. These power distribution boards are typically part of a Mark Vle Speedtronic system. The IS220PVIBH1A I/O assembly is rated for 24.0VDC with a maximum rating of 28.6. The contact inputs are rated for a maximum of 32VDC and the unit is UL listed for use in both non-hazardous and hazardous locations. The IS220PVIBH1A is designed for use in temperatures between -30 to +65°C.
IS220PVIBH1A REV H is a Vibration Monitor Board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VIe Series used in GE Distributed Control Systems. The Vibration Monitor Pack provides the electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and the TVBA vibration terminal board. The pack contains a processor board common to all Mark VIe distributed I/O packs an acquisition board and a daughter board. The pack uses channels 1 through 8 to read vibration are proximity information from the following sensor types.
