CHICAGO, May 11, 2026 — Bently Nevada, a Baker Hughes company and global leader in industrial asset protection, introduces the 330500-02-00 Velomitor piezo-velocity sensor, a core component for monitoring absolute vibration of industrial machinery casings and bearing housings worldwide.

As a solid-state sensor with no moving parts, it avoids mechanical wear and degradation, supporting vertical, horizontal or arbitrary angle installation. Key specifications include 3.94 mV/mm/s sensitivity, 4.5 Hz to 5 kHz frequency response, and 1270 mm/s peak velocity range, ideal for detecting unbalance and misalignment. The “-02” denotes M8 x 1 mounting threads, while “-00” means no hazardous area certification, suitable for general industrial environments. Made of 316L stainless steel, it operates from -55°C to 121°C and is compatible with 3500 series monitors. Widely used in power, oil and gas industries for turbines and compressors, it enables predictive maintenance. Authorized distributors offer it with a 12-month warranty.
